Noor Talibah leads with authenticity, resilience, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. As the founder of Crown Regal Pathways and a doctoral student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she combines academic knowledge with lived experience to develop impactful, evidence informed programs that support healing, leadership development, and long term growth. Her work is rooted in behavioral health program development, coaching, instruction, advocacy, and organizational empowerment.
A U.S. Army veteran, published author, and active member of the American Corrections Association, Noor Talibah has dedicated her career to serving individuals and communities facing adversity. Her personal journey as a survivor and advocate fuels her passion for creating safe, transformative spaces for underserved populations, including BIPOC communities, at-risk women and youth, veterans, justice-impacted individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Her professional background includes certifications and experience in anti-human trafficking awareness, wellness and empowerment coaching, trauma-informed practices, leadership development, and community engagement. Through Crown Regal Pathways, she leads workshops, executive-level trainings, behavioral health initiatives, prison-based programming, and one-on-one coaching services designed to inspire confidence, resilience, and sustainable change.
